A purchase offer we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is conditional on the equipment matching the description and photographs supplied. If the equipment differs materially we may revise or withdraw the offer.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, including condition, completeness and — for oil-filled equipment — PCB status. Misdescribed material can be rejected at collection.
Unless the offer says otherwise, title passes on collection and payment. Site access, permits and safe isolation remain the seller’s responsibility until we are on site.
We do not accept material we are not lawfully able to handle. If you are unsure what applies to your equipment, tell us before collection is arranged.
These are general terms for this website. Individual transactions are governed by the written offer and any signed agreement, which take precedence over this page.
