What we collect, and what we do with it.
When you submit equipment for a purchase offer we collect the contact details, equipment information, photographs and documents you choose to send. When you call or email us we keep the correspondence.
To value your equipment, prepare a purchase offer, and arrange removal and payment if you accept. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to complete a transaction you have asked for — for example a rigging or transport contractor.
Photographs and test reports you upload are stored securely and used to price and document the transaction. They are not published or shared publicly.
We keep transaction records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it, email admin@gar-usa.com.
This site uses analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not use advertising trackers.
